BEST. CHEESESTEAKS.IN.WISCONSIN! We often make the drive from Appleton to GB JUST for these cheesesteaks! They are soooo good! The Yolk cafe portion is absolutely hands down delicious as well. Any time of day you'd hit a home run eating here!

Today was an ordeal to get breakfast. Tried another place that had advertised Sunday brunch that was some of the worst food I have ever had. Made me question why we didn’t just go straight to Egg Yolk. I miss the larger eggs Benedict menu but more crepe options are a welcome addition. The location is bright and friendly if a little cramped and I don’t love the parking lot set up, but you work with what you have and they have done a lot with the space. Honestly can’t even tell this used to be an Arby’s. The staff is wonderful (our server brightened our day) and the coffee options are delicious. This should be a go to for breakfast for anyone! They still have the maple bacon eggs Benedict thankfully and it was just what I needed.
